Natour Terms of Use

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Alchematek for using Natour. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Natour.

What Natour is

Natour is a tool for residents to run their own building: a roster of apartments, a record of dues and expenses, notices, and elections for a committee president. It is a record of what residents tell it. Natour is not a party to anything your building decides, does not verify that anyone owns or rents an apartment, does not hold or transfer money, and takes no part in collecting dues. Money changes hands between residents in person.

Your account

How a building governs itself

Once enough apartments are claimed, the owners elect a president by simple plurality. The president records dues, expenses and payments, confirms who lives where, posts notices and puts questions to the building. Those powers are limited to what the app allows, and every action touching money or authority is logged.

We do not settle disputes between residents, including disagreements over ownership, dues, an election result or an amount recorded in the ledger. If a building's records are wrong, its own members must correct them.

What you may not do

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. If you see something that breaks them, write to support@natourapp.com and we will look into it.

Cost

Natour is free to use. There is no subscription and nothing to buy inside the app. If that ever changes, we will say so before it applies to you.

Availability, and no warranty

We work to keep Natour running, but it is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise that it will always be available, or that what residents enter into it is accurate. Keep your own copies of anything your building cannot afford to lose.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, Alchematek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for money handled between residents, or for decisions a building makes using Natour. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You may stop using Natour and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut settle any dispute arising from them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and we will tell you in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to use Natour after that means you accept the new terms.
